Great book for all especially young athletes and students to help them prioritize lifes choices.
While a small book, it was fairly interesting. Nothing really earth shattering, though. Poppinga's life lessons do reinforce the mantra that whatever your goal to give it your best shot.
Good book I knew Brady's father. I played for the same coach it was a fun short read.
